William played Tball this year. We had so much fun watching those little guys. We had a great season, and I think they really did all have fun! Here are William and Cade after closing ceremonies last week. Love my little Astro!!

West Texas
Near the end of May, my dear sister-in-laws both graduated. Yeehaw!! So of course we loaded up and took a trip! First Stop: Muleshoe... Lunch at Leal's is a must. There was an old caboose parked behind the restaurant so we crossed the tracks and went to let the boys investigate. William, Memaw, and CadeThe Brothers(above) Loved the caboose. The tracks had just undergone some repair and we found several railroad spikes and bolts to take home as souvenirs. After that we were off to Lubbock to spend time with the Caldwells.
Lunch in Amarillo. Sorry not a great picture.
Best Friends!
As you know we obtained a dog at the park a few months ago. I just want to take a minute to tell whoever dumped this sweet puppy.... Thank you!! Sally was an answer to prayers. She truely loves the boys and is so good to let them sit on her, jump on her, pull on her... and she just takes it or walks away... and then usually comes back for more. She really does love the boys and loves to be close to them during the day. There is no doubt in my mind that if we didn't keep her locked up at night that she would sleep with Cade or Brennan every night, she tries to already; We pretty much have to drag her out of the room after prayers. In this pic: Cade (3) and Sally(15 wks).
What Hair?
Well I have been growing my hair for about 19 months and I finally chopped it off the other day. I was so glad and surprised to know that I did actually have enough to donate to Locks of Love. What a great cause. http://www.locksoflove.org/
Wildflowers!
I absolutely love the wildflowers in Texas. It is so amazing to look around our neighborhood and see all the proof of my GOD's amazing power and imagination! After the drought last year, it was so nice to get several spring rains and see the blooms go crazy! (a little rough on the allergies though) We did a wildflower lesson with the kids one morning... it was so much fun, although I will say, I can do anything with this group of kids and have fun. I think I learned just as much as the kids did.
Brennan is a mess!
Well, I'm so far behind I'm not even going to attempt to play catch up on the blog. But I have been missing writing and sharing with our family and friends, so I'm saying goodbye to facebook (for the most part) and hello again blog! First I will start with our sweet Brennan. He is quite a mess!!! And I mean this in the most literal sense possible. Brennan is my little buddy. He is always by my side, or in my arms. He brings so much life into our house (not that we were lacking). But I don't know what we would do with out him.
Brennan does not like Chocolate! So what better to do with chocolate ice cream that you have no intention to eat?
Oh Yeah, That's right, smear it over everything!!!! EVERYTHING!!!
Brennan is quite a dare devil. Always taking spills and having quite the booboo's and bruises.
Luckily, these booboo's washed right off. :)
Silly boy! I can't believe he is almost 2!
