My kids love...We do smoothies for breakfast a lot. My kids love 'em. And for lunch we've been on a hard-boiled egg kick. Add some fruit and crackers, maybe some cheese, and you've got lunch! For breakfast for sure smoothies, keep a few peeled bananas and berries or whatever you like in the freezer and throw in the blender with yogurt, that way you don't dilute the flavor with ice! Granola, yogurt, and berries layered make a nice looking parfait. Lunch- do tortilla or english muffin cheese pizzas in the broiler, that can be pretty fast. Ok, out of more ideas now.
